The call for proposals for the International Congress on Feminist Research in the Francophonie (CIRFF) is now open. For its 9th edition, to be held from August 17 to 21, 2026, at Laval University (Quebec City, Canada), the theme is “(Re)Imagining: Francophonie, Feminist Struggles and Knowledge.”
Thirty years after its first edition in Quebec City, the CIRFF returns to its point of origin to bring together feminist communities in the Francophonie around critical, interdisciplinary, and intergenerational reflections. This edition invites participants to (re)imagine feminisms around three axes: relationships with the Francophonie, feminist struggles, and feminist knowledge.
