On April 18, 2026, DP Hanoi (Hanoi Association of People with Disabilities) celebrated the National Day of Persons with Disabilities with more than 200 participants. The Ministry of Health chose the topic of the year: “Promoting the Participation of Persons with Disabilities – Creating Breakthroughs in Development.” This topic aligns with the Vietnamese Party’s aim to eliminate prejudice and expand opportunities for persons with disabilities to contribute to the country’s development.
DP Hanoi has been a partner organization for the EDID-GHDI Vietnam Team. DP Hanoi advocates for rights, building capacity, inclusive education and employment, and improved accessibility.
