The Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) Committee just published a call for comments on three draft documents: 

  • A CRPD General Comment on political participation of persons with disabilities (article 29) 
  • Guidelines on addressing intersectional discrimination of women and girls with disabilities 
  • Guidelines on addressing disability-based violence 

These draft documents may be of interest to members and partners of the EDID-GHDI partnership. 

Deadline for comments is June 15 (maximum length of each submission is 4000 words / 13 pages) and the link to instructions is here:
